Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At NuclyAI, we are confident in the quality of our programs. We want every learner to feel comfortable with their decision to enroll. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for any NuclyAI program.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 applicable in India.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment (payment confirmation). If you are not satisfied with the program for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your enrollment date.

  • Include your registered email address and reason for the refund
  • No questions asked — we respect your decision

3. After the 7-Day Window

After the 7-day refund window has passed, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Medical emergency (with supporting documentation)
  • Duplicate payment or billing error
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent access to course content for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days)

In such cases, a partial or pro-rata refund may be offered at our discretion, based on the portion of the program not yet consumed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window (except as noted in Section 3)
  • Programs where more than 25% of the course content has been accessed
  • Certificates of completion (once issued)
  • Community access or networking benefits (as these are provided immediately)
  • Programs purchased at a discounted or promotional price (unless the discount terms state otherwise)

5. EMI / Installment Payments

If you enrolled using an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) plan:

  • Refund within the 7-day window: The full amount paid so far will be refunded, and any pending EMI obligations will be cancelled
  • After the 7-day window: You remain liable for the remaining EMI payments as per the payment schedule
  • EMI processing fees charged by the payment gateway (Razorpay/bank) are non-refundable as they are charged by third parties

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@nuclyai.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
  2. Include your registered email address, program name, date of enrollment, and reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 7-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • EMI: 10-15 business days (bank processing may take longer)

Payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable as they are charged by Razorpay and are not recoverable by NuclyAI.

8. Program Cancellation by NuclyAI

In the unlikely event that NuclyAI cancels a program before completion:

  • All enrolled learners will receive a full refund
  • Alternatively, learners may choose to transfer their enrollment to another available program of equal or lesser value
  • We will provide at least 15 days' notice before cancelling any active program

9. Program Transfer

If you wish to switch to a different NuclyAI program instead of requesting a refund:

  • Transfer requests must be made within 14 days of enrollment
  • If the new program costs more, you pay the difference
  • If the new program costs less, the difference will be credited as store credit (not refunded)
  • Each enrollment may be transferred only once

10. Grievance Redressal

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your complaint to our Grievance Officer:
